At Boot & Ball, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all footwear is inside its original box and apparel has all tags intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
